yesterday i used smoke crystal meth for the first time in my life and my drug of choice use to be marijuana and i been clean for 10 months but i chose to smoke crysal yesterday at a friends party.. i have a urine test coming on tuesday,.. how can i cleanse that off my urine as soon as possible
