Yesterday I Was Throwing Up And Had Bowel Movements Due

yesterday i was throwing up and had bowel movements due to something i ate, and only had one meal of soup. today i feel better in every way except for a squeezing pain in my stomach. it constantly hurts unless i sit down. I reallly really really want help on how to ease the pain. thanks
