Yesterday Morning, After Watching An Online Movie In Bed I

yesterday morning, after watching an online movie in bed i walked to the sofa in the living room and sat down. I became a little dizzy. It passed after a moment and did not occur again. I had no other occurrence the rest of the day and evening. That night I did develop a touch of laryngitis and a little cough and aches and pain in my mid back right side and right shoulders and and right arm. I took alleve at night and rested the all day today and took Bayer aspirin too . I did a rowing exercise the previous morning for 15 min. which I usually do not do. I took my blood pressure right away when I got dizzy which was normal and I am feeling a lot better this evening. My cough and my voice is more clear. I still have some aches in my shoulder and arm. It does seem better.
Could all this be due to a small cold trying to take over? I am 64, healthy, no medication except prempro, but do know that heart attack in women can include shoulder pain.
