Yesterday While Cooking Dinner I Was Suddenly Hit With The

yesterday while cooking dinner I was suddenly hit with the feeling of needing to vomit, it continued to get worse I could feel the color draining from my face and then I felt really sweaty and lightheaded as if I were going to pass out, it was hard to talk. I laid on the floor and and after about 10 minutes most of the symptoms subsided, but the left side of my chest felt sore. I do have thoracic outlet syndrome on my left side and had been working out in the yard earlier.
