السلام عليكم ..المريض :-طفله عمرها سنه وثمانيه اشهر وسبعه ايام

السلام عليكم ..المريض :-طفله عمرها سنه وثمانيه اشهر وسبعه ايام تم تشخيص مرضها على انه فقر دم وبعد ان تم نقل الدم لها بمقدار ٢٠٠سيسي اصبحت نسبه الدم ٣٠بعد ان كانت ٢٠ هذا بتاريخ ٢٦/١١/٢٠١٥ وبعد اسبوع حدث لها اضطرابات مثل اصفرار لون البشره وتعب وضيق في التنفس عندها ذهبنا الى طبيب اطفال مختص وبعد الفحص السريري اشار الطبيب بعمل تحليل Hb Electrophoresis ذهبنا الى المركز المختص لهذا التحليل وبعد اسبوعين ضهرت النتيجه كالتالي ارجوا توضيح ناتج هذا التحليل مع ذكر العلاج الأمثل لهذه الحالات المرفق مع الشكر والتقدير
