He encouraged me to see the doctor who prescribed the medication. The doctor didn't agree with his comment and told me to contact my primary physician. I have an appointment with my primary for next week.

I think I understand the physical aspect but I was thinking more about the stress from the momentary intense fear (hpertension). My nightmares of this event reveal the instant thought of being deaf and blind for the rest of my life. Only deaf in the right ear. Too much time to think when getting old.
