What is Rage?

Sudden rage is mdeically termed as Intermittent Explosive Disorder. The Limbic system in the brain is responsible for such actions/emotions. Effective self-controlling measures like deep-breathing and counting till 10 (slowly) before your next action sound silly but go a long way in preventing what manifests as actions under rage.
