Question: -I would ;like to know what this means, I have been researching for hours and don't understand it all together just separately. ***Right sided subarticular disc protrusion with abutment and slight effacement of the right S! nerve root in the subarticular zone. Right paracentral subarticular disc protrusion at L5-s1 with mild mass effect upon the right S1 nerve root. don't want a Dx just some clarity of what it all means in laymans terms.
