Can change now

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
I understand that the baby was preterm. As per your history the baby is half year old now. In that case you can start regular Nan. No need to continue preterm formula.
There will not be any side effects. Don't worry.
For rashes I usually prescribe calamine lotion twice daily. Also I suggest such babies to avoid powder of any kind till one year.
However if rashes increase it is better to consult your pediatrician to rule out conditions like Infection or eczema
Wishing good health
