Question : 2 month pre term baby - now 2 months old suffering from cold, block nose. My paedea gave nasivion XXXXXXX Is it ok?

Thanks for the question.

It is fine to use it. It can help relieve the nasal congestion. Stop using it whenever the congestion gets relieved. And do not over use it - it may cause rebound congestion.

If congestion continues or baby seems breathless then you will have to consider a repeat clinical evaluation.
