Hi,

Thanks for your query.

If you have Sinarest syrup with the below ingredients

Chlorpheniramine Maleate 1mg
Pseudoephedrine 15mg
Paracetamol 125mg
Na Citrate 60mg

Then a dosage of 5 ml twice daily for three days would be sufficient for a 2 year old.
