I read your query and here is my advice.
Taking count that you are having only fever and vomiting without any other symptoms it can be just a viral infection. Also the initial stages of pregnancy can give vomiting especially in mornings so you can do a pregnancy home test.
You can use reglan ( metoclopramide) 10 mg 30 minutes before each meal. You can find it over the counter in pharmacy. Drink lots of water to keep hydrated. Don't use much fruit juices.
