Brief Answer:
Not normal...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The AFI is more than acceptable limits. It implies there is more liquor surrounding the fetus - a condition known as polyhydramnios.
Does she have diabetes / gestational diabetes?
Have all the scans done in the past including anamoly scan normal?

There are some complications associated with polyhydramnios. It doesn't mean all women will have those complications. If all the previous scans were normal, then there is high possibility that she will go on to deliver a normal and healthy child. Nevertheless the doctor would repeat scans to keep AFI monitored until delivery.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications
