Question : 4 yrs old daughter suffering from fever since 2 days now. the fever is between 101 n 104 flauctuating. given sinarest 10 ml every 4 hours.
sponge bath. please prescribe medicines for fever.

Hi dear,

If she do not have any other symptoms, this might be a viral fever and we need not worry.
Just give her paracetamol suspension (250mg/5ml) 5ml 3-4 times a day for 3 days. Also give a soft diet and enough fluids. Let her take some rest.

With these measures, she should be okey in 3 days. If not getting better by then or if she develops additional symptoms, kindly get back to me
