Question : 46 year old white male. For the past week I've have itched all over, my urine has been dark, my stool soft and going 3 times a day. A little nausea when I get hot.

I have gone through your query and your symptoms seem to be related to viral infection.
I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg twice daily and apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7 days.
Also take plenty of fluids.
