Hello, I'm Dr. Branch, thanks for using Ask a Doctor. I agree that this is a normal ECG. The rate and conduction are normal, the voltage is all within normal limits, and there are no Q waves to suggest any heart damage in the past. I do not see anything of concern based on this.
