                                    Brief Answer:
Ultrasound scan might be necessary...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I would like to know how long has this problem been? And if you have any other symptoms besides the bleeding?
It's good to know urine sample is free from infection. But an urine test is not sufficient to rule out other causes of bleeding. The cause could be an urine stone or any growths from bladder. In my opinion you should be tested further staring with an ultrasound scan. Further evaluation may be necessary based on the results of scan.
Your primary care provider will know about this test.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
