I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.
Your lymphocytes percentage are high but absolute count is within limit. Absolute lymphocytes count is more important as compared to percentage value.
In clinical practice, high lymphocytes could be due to temporary viral infection.
In such case usually I advise patient just to repeat CBC after one week.
If total count is increased to very high level than only I ask for further work up like in form of peripheral smear examination report.
Just now you need not to worry. Just repeat CBC after one week and revert back to me.
