Brief Answer:
Technically incorrect ecg
Detailed Answer:
Hello
After reviewing the ecg image attached by you I would like to tell you that the ecg is technically incorrect as the arm leads are mistakenly interchanged, due to which all complexes of lead I have gone negative with a positive avr lead.
ECG needs to be repeated. However otherwise there are no significant STT changes in precordial leads.
Kindly repeat the ecg.
Kind Regards
