Hello

After reviewing the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ecg with T wave inversions in the anterior leads.

Now these Twave inversions in a diabetic patient could be because of ischaemia. To rule out this a stress echocardiogram is further advisable.
