Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's sinus rhythm with left axis deviation and left anterior fascicular block. There is also early rbbb changes.
Possibility of structural heart disease should be evaluated with echo however such changes may be seen in hypertension or athletic individuals. If echo is normal then needs stress test like stress thallium or CT coronary angiography.
