Question : i would like to ask is omez is safe to for pregnant lady she is vomiting and feeling like she is having acidity and she is passing her 7th months

Tab Omez belongs to uncertain or unsafe group of drug in pregnancy. So better to take tab Ranitidine as it is the safer alternative in pregnancy for acid peptic disorder.
So better to take ranitidine tab. For vomiting tab promethazine or tab metoclopramide is safer alternative.
