Question : 70 yr old female, began walking program for overall health - 6 weeks ago. best time is a 5K in 40 minutes. Since walking, there is a shift in sleep. some insomnia. walking is early AM. Tylenol PM did work, no longer works. most sleep is 6 hours, not enough for me. there is a direct correlation between the walking and lack of sleep. please advise. Activity very new for me. Severe osteoporosis, broken bones from no accident or injury, under Dr care for walking, rheumatologist.
