Question : 72 year old male. High blood pressure, on 25 mg hydrochlorothia, 1 per day. Pressure running 150/85-90 most days. Stomach swelling, shortness of breath.

After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that taking into consideration your age group and the symptoms which you are experiencing I would like to suggest you to kindly personally consult your primary physician and get an ECG as well as an echocardiogram done to see the functional capacity of your heart as well as the status of your heart valves.

For stomach bloating you can take a proton pump inhibitors like pantoprazole in empty stomach for 5 days.
