At 6 weeks baby’s heart sound started.
But if the size of baby is small then it can not heard or seen on ultra sound.
Or if there is wrong calculation of pregnancy days or ovulation took place late this problem can occur.
In this situation your sonologist will go for ultra sound after a week or two.
He will advice blood Hcg level as well.
