Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir/madam
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day
Non Specific cramp pain in children is quite common , if its not associated with repeated Nausea/Vomiting then there does not seem to be cause of concern.
Underlying constipation is most common cause for the symptom. Management of constipation will take care of it.
If there is no constipation , the symptomatic treatment with anti-spasmodic which are available as over the counter medication like Hysocine will be helpful
If the symptoms persist or worsen or frequent vomiting occurs then please do get in touch with your primary care physician
Do get back to me if you need any further assistance
Thanks
Best regards
Dr Deepak
