I received my blood work and my TSH is. 1.18 Free T4 1.1 and T3 3.1 . I take .75 mcg of Synthroid . I am not feeling great - tired , shaky some times and muscle back and neck pain. All other blood test is good except cholesterol.
Do I need more or less thyroid medication?
One more question please: WBC is H 5.26, MCV L 78.4, MCH L 25.9 and RDW 17.3 is there something wrong with my blood?

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Before answering i would like you to know that please galway mention units after the lab values as T3 and T4 are used in three different units like nanogram, picogram etc.
Your values for thyroid hormone are in normal reference range and what matters the most is TSH which is perfectly normal. So i would like you to stick to the dose of 75 mcg per day of synthroid. Usually a person needs 1.7 microgram of synthroid per kg of his / her weight.
No doubt cholesterol is always an issue in people who are hypothyroid and on thyroid supplements. You will need lipid lowering and cholesterol lowering agents regularly and compliantly for better out come.
Tired and not feeling great with back aches should be treated symptomatically with like painkillers and muscle relaxants etc.
Your blood work is also good except for mild anemia as hemoglobin concentration is low and that could likely explain your fatigue symptoms. Talk to your internist and let them prescribe you some iron and folate supplements if needed.
I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
