Brief Answer:
Firstly I suspect an ectopic pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

Referring to symptoms I think there is a good possibility of having an extrauterine pregnancy (knowing that is sexually active and without contraception). This needs to get diagnosed with an ultrasound abdomen and Beta-HCG examinations.

Also, an ovarian cyst rupture is possible or pelvic inflammatory disease if she is known to have any left ovarian cyst.

Another cause of this sharp acute pain may be due to ureteric stones which are usually accompanied by blood In urine.

Another cause may be diverticulitis

Hope I have answered the question.
