Question: A 27 years male had H/O Hydatid cyst right lobe of Liver underwent Lap marsupialisation of cyst and omentoplasty. what is the prognosis, complications and risk associated with this conditon.

Below is my opinion for your question.

The overall mortality in treated hydatid cyst is below 1%. Surgical management is the only treatment for that along with albendazole.

The risk and complication of hydatid cyst include rupture of cyst and leading nearby bile canaliculi infection and peritoneum infection.
But your cyst was not ruptured.
So prognosis will be good for him.

After surgical operation there is chance of acquiring infection sometime. So if there is any fever or severe abdominal pain than you should consult your doctor.

You have to complete albendazole course for three months as suggested by your doctor.
