Question : A 76 year old man living in XXXXXXX with history of BPH and was treated with Zoladex for the last two years. Recently discovered metastatic prostate cancer to the liver and has been put on ADT for the last two months. What is the best approach on treating the metastatic prostate cancer? Thank you

In my opinion, in this case, how is considered metastatic prostate cancer castrate-resistant therapy with ADT is the best choice. I will agree with his doctor

Some doctors are suggesting the addition of ADT plus Abiraterone and prednisolone. They say it is a better option to increase survival. Would you agree or not and why?
