Question : A friend has 2 bottles of good night mosquitoe repellent and 1 bottle of all ot
it has been 5 hours but as of now everything os fine , he just puked once do u think this can lead to death

Hi,

Apologies for the late reply.

There are no specific antidote for mosquito repellant poisoning. The treatment is only symptomatic control. I understand he has all been fine. But mosquito repellant are known to cause cardiac and neurological complications including arrhythmias and convulsion.

In my opinion, it is not good to wait at home. He should be at the hospital monitored for the next 24 - 48 hours for complications.

I will urge you to take him to the ER and get him treated at the earliest.
