Question : A out 2 weeks ago I had 2 of the worse miagraine I'd ever experienced..about 2 days ago I started vomiting & it lasted around 24 hrs. Yesterday around lunch or a little before I started having diarrhea..its bad watery & looks to be almost black or close to it. I'm also having bad stomach cramps & feel terrible. Any clue what could be wrong?

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.
As per your history, it may be due to pepto bismol.
Though it is used for stomach upset but diarrhea, black stool, abdominal cramps are the side effects of pepto bismol.
Still I would suggest you to consult with gastroenterologist for detailed clinical examination. He may procure complete hemogram, stool analysis, ultrasound abdomen, Colonoscopy SOS as per evaluation to rule out any other possibilities for black stool.
Till then kindly stop pepto bismol. You can take tablet loperamide 2 mg after every loose stool up to maximum 10 mg per day. Take tablet ondensetron for nausea /vomiting.
Keep your self hydrated. Avoid hot and spicy foods. Take soft food.
