Hello!
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!
I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms could be related to a pinched nerve ( tunnel carpal syndrome) or an electrolyte imbalance.
A wrong position during sleep can not be excluded either.
In my opinion, your symptoms are not related to your current therapy.
Coming to this point, I would recommend performing nerve conduction studies and checking electrolyte plasma levels in order to investigate for the cause underlying your complaints.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
