I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
When dispersible tablets are put under tongue, they get better absorbed into the blood and bypass their breakdown by liver. So they are more effective than regular tablets. Not all medicines are advisable by sublingual (under tongue) route.
Camptocormia is caused by many factors. These need to be found. These may include Parkinsonism, drug induced, disk problem, muscle problem, Alzheimer's etc. Imaging of brain and few other tests are required to find the cause. Management of the cause is needed. Wearing a 5 kg backpack can help in some cases. Withdrawing the causative medicine may also help.
I have read your previous query. Steroidal preparations containing highly potent steroids like clobetasol when prepared in an adhesive base similar to one used for denture preparation can be more effective then steroidal ointments. You can check with your pharmacy if they can prepare such a medicine.
Mycophenolates can also be tried under doctor's supervision
