Reccurent loose stools in the presence of lupus could be due to -
1) SIBO secondary to intestinal dysmotility. This could be the only cause or an associated cause with other abnormalities. As there is no permanent cure for the intestinal dysmotility the problem tends to recur and may need repeated treatments
2) Associated autoimmune disorders like celiac ( to be sure that you donot have it, you need to rule out IgA defecient states), Crohn's disease ( less likely as CT and colonoscopy are normal), autoimmune enteropathy (rare and needs small bowel biopsy)
3) Superadded infections like microspora, cryptospora inview of the drugs taken for lupus
4) Vit B12 defeciency secondary to low intake and some of the drugs
The only way to look for blood in the stools is to do a microscopic examination including occult blood. However with the history of hemorrhoids and mild bleeding this may be difficult to differentiate.
Do discuss with your GI regarding these possibilities
