Question : About 10 hours ago, I drank almost a gallon of water in a period of about 20 minutes and have been feeling nauseated with intense abdominal cramps ever since. Do I need to seek medical care or wait for it to pass?

Drinking 1 gallon of water at a time may cause Distension,Nausea, Vomiting to few.people.
As you drank 10 hours ago,you can wait for another 5 to 6 hours
Please walk for.few steps so that fluid moves distally due to. peristalsis of the bowels.
If your symptoms doesn't subside,you should consult a Doctor.
