Question : About 10 hours ago I took Meloxicam and about 10 min. ago I took 200 mg ibuprofen. I meant to take Tylenol, but grabbed the ibuprofen. I know you not suppose to take Meloxicam and ibuprofen together and now I am a little nervous.

It is ok to take meloxicam and ibuprofen together once in a while. The reason they are avoided together is same pain-killer effect and risk of side effects is also increased.

Otherwise I would not worry about a single dose taken together.
