I read your query and here is my advice.
Taking meloxicam and ibuprofen together doesn't cause major problems of interactions.
The fact that they both belong to the group nonsteroidal antinflamatory drugs consuming bitgof them may increase chances of gastrointestinal side effects such ulceras, bleeding or perforation.
The risk is increased in persons which suffer from gastrointestinal issues. This doesn't mean that you will necessarily experience those symptoms.
Also you took them both at a single occasion so I believe you will not experience any problems at all.
