Question : About 2 weeks ago i developed a blood clot in my artery in my groun. i had 5 days of lovenix shots and am now on Pradaxa. now i am having pain in my foot. should i be concerned?

If hte pain is in the same sided foot then this is of a great concern.
Surely yes.
I would advise you to have medical examination and relevant investigations done as soon as possible to avoid any complication or get treated if one has occurred.
Urgent Color doppler may be needed.
