Question : About 3 weeks ago I had pain in my left groin. My left testicle also felt tender and sensitive. This went away in 2-3 days. Since then my left testicle appears to have gotten larger and is very hard. Rock hard. Today my left groin is hurting a little bit again and tonight I've been urinating very frequently. About every 20 mins. Is this something that is very serious? Should I go to an ER immediately?
