Question : About a month ago the dermatologist removed 5spots from my face. Four of them healed nicely. The fifth one is still red with a crust on it. It also bleeds. Is this a problem?

Perhaps it has got infected. I suggest you to use an otc topical antibiotic e.g either Neosporin ointment or Mupirocin ointment, twice daily.
