Question : hello doc. this appers on my legs or arms and vanishes after sone hrs. it is ichty. what to take or apply for this. whats the reason

It seems acute urticaria, a type of allergic reaction.
Apply desonide lotion twice daily for a week and take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg daily in night for a week.
