Advise If Surgery Is Needed Or Can Be Removed Through Medicine Found Multiple Small Stones In Gall Bladder
Question: XXXXXXX Dey (34/F) was having stomach pain and vomiting, visited doctor and did the USG scan as advised. Doctor found multiple small stones in gall bladder and advised to remove them through laparoscopic surgery, otherwise it may spread in other areas. Please review the attached USG report and advise if surgery is needed or can be removed through medicine. Thank you in advance.
Note: She has 2 months old baby and under breast feeding.

Thanks for query ,Based on the facts and report that you have uploladed you have Chronic Cholecystitis with multiple stones in Gall Bladder .
The Gall Bladder stones can not be removed or disolved with medicines.
The only tretment option is to undergo Laproscopic Cholecystectomy.
This is a minimally invasive surgery which offers permanent cure and needs hospitalization only for two days ,
Breast feeding is not disturbed with surgery.
