Brief Answer:
Urinary Tract Infection.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I am Dr Anshul Varshney for your help.
Your mother seems to be suffering from Urinary Tract Infection complicated by Acute on chronic kidney disease.
It's recommended to admit her so that timely antibiotics can be instituted.
If she continues to vomit with increasing Creatinine and blood urea she might require dialysis.
I would strongly recommend admission at this point of time.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query please ask me.
