Hi...
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am DR Ajeet XXXXXXX
I have gone through your symptomatology and have reviewed the attachment stating your medical issues.
My opinion is as under.
This can be a manifestation of late reaction of tick bite.
Delayed reaction of a tick bite usually presents after a delay of 7 to 10 days and can appear up to 30 days.
The symptoms may include severe headache, fever with chills and rigors, body pain, flu like symptoms, tiredness, fatigue, lassitude, rash and burning feet syndrome.
Kindly see your clinician for further evaluation and management.
This becomes more important because you have multiple co morbidities including Diabetes and compromised immunity.
Your doctor would prescribe suitable antibiotics (like doxycycline).
You would get relief by rubbing alcohol on the infested area.
NSAIDs like Paracetamol would reduce your pain and discomfort.
Hope that I have answered your query.
lf you have any queries, please let me know.
Regards
