Question : I had my last c-section 23 years ago. All of sudden I have developed a new layer of black scabs on my incision and some crustiness at the edges with some tenderness. WTH??

Hello,

Can you upload a photo of the scar?
Does it smell? Is it wet with pus or liquid?
Is it itchy?

It can be a fungal infection. Do you wear tight pants? Is there any chance that that area has been tight and sweaty the last times?

Please provide as much information as possible and I will be happy to advice properly.
