Brief Answer:
You can become a father with proper treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through your description. Kindly upload the report so that I am better able to help.

As per your report you are having a condition called “ aesthenozoospermia”. It is a condition where the motility ( ability to move and fertilise) and morphology ( structural features ) are abnormal and thus result in infertility.
You can definitely become a father with timely and proper treatment.
In most cases it develops without any cause. Consult an infertility specialist to rule out conditions like varicocele and metabolic disorders as they can cause aesthenozoopermia and will reverse once the underlying cause has been corrected.

As a first line management we can proceed with conservatives measures like vitamin E supplements and hormonal therapy. Quit smoking and include more fruits and vegetables in to your diet.

If your partner fails to conceive even after conservative management, newer techniques like IVF may be required.

Wishing all the best.
