Question: Hi I was at the stripclub had a agresive lap dance with full clothes on when I got home masturbated and blood was on in my sperm when I looked in toilet and a little blood was on my hand I went back to my jeans and underwear and it had blood stain only 2 spots on jeans and 10 drops on my underwear idk if the blood was from me or the girl

If the blood stain was from the dance girl, it is very much unlikely to be seen on your hand when you masturbated.
So, I think it is from your genital passage only.
It is possible due to three reasons:
1. Possibly due to an injury caused during forcible masturbation. Most commonly at the site of frenum of penis (Underneath your glans) or Injury to your genital tract due to some trauma. (unlikely without your knowledge)
2. Infection of reproductive tract - Seminal Vesiculitis
3. Due to some abnormalities in the clotting mechanisms of your blood.
Don't get anxious. Approach your physician and get yourself examined and investigated for any such causes and get well soon. Your HIV risk is negligible.
