Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I passed through your concern carefully and would like to explain that such a calcium score poses you at intermediate risk (10-15%) for a future cardiovascular event in the next 10 years.

Coming to this point, I would recommend you for the next step to undergo a coronary angiography instead of a stress test. This would definitely clarify the need for any coronary intervention preventing so future potential cardiac events.

You should discuss with your attending physician the above-mentioned issues.

Hope to have been helpful to you!
