Am I Having Any STI Or Just Normal Yeast Infection When I Noticed A Painless Red Sore On My Penis Head?
Question: Hi doc!
Two days back I got up and noticed a painless red sore on my penis head.there is no pain or inflammation on the penis except a little on pee-hole only. Last night I had handjobs from three csw but they just grabbed my penis from the very base of the penis and the sore occurred just the next morning. I had epididimytis last year and some persisting pain in my kidney area 1-1.5 month before all this.
I had very light burning sensation after urination since yesternoon.
Am I having any STI/STD or just normal yeast infection. I noticed a little clear mucus under my foreskin this morning. I took consultation from one doctor and he says it's normal UTI.
What do u say is it still or normal infection.
I tested negative for HIV rapid test last year and never had sexual contact with anyone since then. Please advise?

Based on the facts that you have posted redness of the glans penis and external urinary meatus that you have is mostly due to rough shaking of your penis while giving hand job .
Start taking broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime and anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily
Ensure to avoid any sexual encounter till it gets cured completely.
Ensure to drink more water .It will help to reduce Dysuria.
It is neither STD nor SPV as you had no intra vaginal sex with sex worker .
It will take a week for complete cure .
